I enjoy helping people feel fantastic and move with greater ease. I have been fortunate to study with such gifted teachers as Dr. Barbara Brennan, Dr. Don St. John, Joseph Heller, Jude Waller, Donna Bajelis and others. My hands have been described by clients as “warm and listening”. My vision to help people heal and live a fabulous life.
I use myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and structural integration to treat many acute and chronic conditions, including: carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, back pain, whiplash, poor posture, strains/sprains, chronic pain, plantar fasciitis and difficult breathing. I am also available for consultation on effective stretching techniques and supportive body movements in the workplace. My sensitivity and knowledgeable hands work with the wisdom of each person’s body for a fuller, easier and more pleasurable body and life.
