Example:

Postings (homes) we can do a city/zip code search system for people to select the city/zip code and tell it that they wish to see all the homes in a 5, 10, 15 mile radius.  The system would then list/post for viewing in order of closest match.

The front page could list the current auction homes for the current month and as the auction takes place the photo would automatically be removed or can say "Auction Ended" this is just one concept example to help automate updating the website constantly. 

We would build an admin page to that employees can log in and add and remove listings and also allow you to rearrange items and order.

Because this is a database solution all of the data is stored in a database which gives you complete flexibility to add new features and easily expand the web site in the future.
